Marshall Amps Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Marshall Amplification is a British company that designs and manufactures music amplifiers, speaker cabinets, brands personal headphones and earphones, and, having acquired Natal Drums, drums and bongos. It was founded by drum shop owner and drummer Jim Marshall and is now based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

User "Seetna Consignment" heads an "Amazon" review on a Marshall amp as "Don't waste your money, poor product and ZERO support" on May 29, 2019:

"The app does not work. The company does not support its product, the sound is horrible no matter what setting I use. I gave away a 10-watt Fender that I wish I had as it sounded so much better. The Marshall website is virtually non-existent and definitely does not provide any useful help. As this was a present (to follow graduation in May) I waited too long to begin using it as the return option date ran out. Did not think I would need to return it. I assumed Marshall was a good product. NEVER MARSHALL is my new slogan."
